Furthermore, we act as protector or trustee under provisions of Monegasque law n° 214/1936, being included in the list of the trustees drafted by the “Premier Président de la Cour d’Appel”, or incorporate and manage private trust companies in key locations for our clients.
MANTADAIRE AGRÉE
All foreign companies holding real estate assets in Monaco shall appoint a “Mandataire Agrée” under the provisions of law n° 1.381/2011. We are authorized by the “Direction des Services Fiscaux” to act as Mandataire Agrée and ensure foreign companies fully comply with law provisions.
